Crunchy Mamas and the All Natural Trend

There is an "all-natural" and "organic" movement happening around us.  Frankly, I'm thrilled.  What better trend than one that promotes earth friendly, chemical free, healthy products?  Unfortunately for the consumer, not all products are created with the same intentions.  Some companies genuinely care about the well-being of their customers, while others just want to hop on the bandwagon and make a few bucks.

We want to take this opportunity to announce that we are not the latter.  We are not on a financial quest and don't anticipate making millions from this endeavor.  We are perfectly satisfied slinging goods out of the trunk of our car at our kids school or working the local market on a rainy day.  At the end of the day, hearing someone tell us that our products worked for them is enough.  Seriously.  It is why we do it.

Katie and I began this quest several years ago.  After becoming fed up with commercial products and their misleading labels, we began making our own toiletries and such.  Countless hours have been poured into researching the best oils for various products.  We felt we had a right to know exactly what was being put onto our precious babies, and you deserve that same right.  That is why we include EVERY ingredient on our labels.

In the spirit of candor, we want to encourage anyone who has a question about any product we offer to speak up.  If you are buying Smelly Face and want to know why we include carrot seed essential oil, don't be afraid to ask.  Or if you wonder why the heck Crusty Foot is green, ASK!  If you're looking to buy natural and organic products, please ASK QUESTIONS!  Familiarize yourself with the product and don't be fooled by "natural" labels.  We recognize that we have to gain your trust and we love when customers make us work for a sale!  So go ahead, ask away.

We hope you never feel pressured to buy anything from us.  Feel every bit free to go home and research the oils we use for yourself - or even shop around and do some product comparison.  We are confident that you will make the best decision for you and for your family, whether it is a Crunchy Mamas product or not.
