So, how did we come up with the name Achy Breaky? You guessed it, Billy Ray Cyrus.

So how did Billy Ray Cyrus inspire us to create this muscle rub? He didn't. We just thought the name would be funny.

Achy Breaky was dreamed up when I longed for a product that would help take away the neck and shoulder tension and pain I had. You see, I hold all of my stress in my neck and shoulders and never knew what to apply to it. I didn't want to use the chemical laden junk from the store and I couldn't seem to find anything that had ingredients that I approved of. The Crunchy Mamas got to work and created something that we believe to be spectacular!

Arnica herbal oil: Arnica is used for treating physical trauma, sprains, bruising and other injuries and should be used after strenuous exercise or injury to prevent, relieve and reduce swelling, bruises and painful injuries.
Menthol: This is what creates the instant relief and "burn" you long for when you just want relief from that pain.
Chamomile essential oil: This plant is known to be effective at reducing inflammation, muscular pain, tension, sprains and wounds.
Clove bud essential oil: This plant is a strong analgesic, offering pain relief. It is also an anti-inflammatory.
Helichrysum essential oil: This plant is a VERY powerful anti-spasmodic and anti-inflammatory. Helichrysum is beneficial for bruising, muscular aches and pains, nervous exhaustion, scarring, sprains and wounds. I cannot express how amazing this particular plant is!
